Evans announced that QUINCY JACKSON, age 31, of New Orleans, Louisiana, was sentenced on Feb. 1, 2023 for violating the Federal Gun Control Act, Title 18 United States Code, Sections 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). Federal investigation finds two Tampa smoothie shop franchisees shortchanged 149 workers, employed minors in violation of child labor laws
