Arcara to possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum of 40 years, and a fine of $5,000,000.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado announces that Bruce Holder, age 57, of Grand Junction, was sentenced to life in federal prison. Holder was convicted of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and counterfeit substances, distribution of fentanyl resulting in death, distribution of fentanyl, and distribution of a counterfeit substance, after an 11 day trial in April 2021.
