Herrera, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Mexico, F. Dennis Saylor IV, to be United States District Judge for the District of Massachusetts, Sandra L. Townes, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York, and Michele M. Leonhart, of California, to be Deputy Administrator of Drug Enforcement, and Domingo S.
