Sorokin, of Massachusetts, to be United States District Judge for the District of Massachusetts, and Richard Franklin Boulware II, of Nevada, to be United States District Judge for the District of Nevada, Senate recess until 2:15 p.m., and at 2:15 p.m., the time until 2:30 p.m., be equally divided between the two Leaders, or their designees; and at 2:30 p.m., Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nominations of Lael Brainard, of the District of Columbia, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Jerome H.
