Campbell-Smith and Kaplan Nominations--Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that the order of Thursday, September 12, 2013, for the consideration of the nominations of Patricia E. Campbell-Smith, of the District of Columbia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims, and Elaine D. Kaplan, of the District of Columbia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims, be modified to be considered at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, after consultation with the Republican Leader, with all other provisions remaining in effect.
