Friday, April 24, 2020

Mr. HASTINGS. Madam Speaker, had I been present for roll call vote No. 103--providing for the adoption of the resolution (H. Furthermore, had I been present for roll call vote No. 104--making appropriations for the Department of the Interior, environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year end September 30, 2019, and for other purposes, I would have voted YEA on the measure.
