Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken to Participate in the 2021 High-Level Pledging Event for the Humanitarian Crisis in Yemen

Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will lead the U.S. delegation to the virtual donor conference co-hosted by the United Nations and the governments of Switzerland and Sweden on Mar. 1, 2021. He will be joined by U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Acting Administrator Gloria Steele, U.S. Special Envoy for Yemen Tim Lenderking, and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Richard Albright.

The conference will begin at 9:00 a.m. EST. It will be live-streamed on http://webtv.un.org/live/.

Secretary Blinken is expected to deliver remarks at approximately 9:40 a.m.
