Written agreement with Columbian Financial Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution on August 7, 2008, of a Written Agreement by and between Columbian Financial Corporation and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.
