Written agreement with Orion Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Orion Bancorp, Inc. and Orion Bank, both of Naples, Florida, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the State of Florida Office of Financial Regulation.
