Written agreement with Community Investment Services

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Community Investment Services, Inc., North Branch, Minnesota, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
