Written agreement with Ocean Bankshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Ocean Bankshares, Inc., Miami, Florida, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.
