Written agreement with Polk County Bancorporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Polk County Bancorporation, Inc., Johnston, Iowa, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
