Written agreement with Hometown Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Hometown Bancshares, Inc., Carthage, Missouri, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
