Written agreement with Arizona Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Arizona Bancshares, Inc., Flagstaff, Arizona, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
