Written agreement with Metro Bank Financial Services and Metro Bank of Dade County

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Metro Financial Services, Inc., a registered bank holding company, Metro Bank of Dade County, a state chartered member bank, both of Miami, Florida, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the State of Florida, Office of Financial Regulation.
