Written agreement with First National Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between First National Bancshares, Inc., Goodland, Kansas, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
