The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Home Valley Bancorp, Inc., a registered bank holding company, Home Valley Bank, a state member bank, both of Grants Pass, Oregon, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Division of Finance and Corporate Securities.
