Written agreement with Guaranty Bancorp and Guaranty Bank & Trust Company

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Guaranty Bancorp, a registered bank holding company, Guaranty Bank and Trust Company, a state chartered member bank, both of Denver, Colorado, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the Colorado Division of Banking.
