Written agreement with Beach First National Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Beach First National Bancshares, Inc., Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
