Written agreement with Heritage Oaks Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Heritage Oaks Bancorp, Paso Robles, California, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
