Written agreement with Olmsted Holding Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Olmsted Holding Corporation, Rochester, Minnesota, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
