Written agreement with Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania, Inc., Narberth, Pennsylvania, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
