Written agreement with First National Financial Services

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between First National Financial Services, Inc., Elk River, Minnesota, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
