Written agreement with CB Financial Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between CB Financial Corporation, Wilson, North Carolina, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
