Written agreement with Patterson Bankshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Patterson Bankshares, Inc., Patterson, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the State of Georgia Department of Banking and Finance. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
