Written agreement with BCB Holding Company, Inc.

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between BCB Holding Company, Inc., Mobile, Alabama, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
