Written agreement with Guaranty Development Company and American Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Guaranty Development Company, Livingston, Montana, a registered bank holding company, and its subsidiary bank, American Bank, Bozeman, Montana, a state-chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, and the Montana Division of Banking and Financial Institutions.
