Written agreement with First Heritage Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between First Heritage Corporation, Carthage, Mississippi, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
