The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the termination of the enforcement action listed below: Miners and Merchants Bancorp, Inc. and Trupoint Bank, both of Grundy, Virginia Written Agreement dated Sept. 16, 2010 Terminated April 30, 2014 Southport Financial Corporation, Kenosha, Wisconsin Written Agreement dated Nov. 24, 2010 Terminated April 28, 2014 Search of Federal Reserve enforcement actions.
