Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by Regions Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the application filed by Regions Bank, Birmingham, Alabama, to establish a branch at the intersection of West Lake Houston Parkway and Magnolia Cove in Kingwood, Texas.
