The workshop, which will be held February 17-19, 2004, at the FTCs new conference center at 601 New Jersey Ave., NW, Washington, D.C., is open to the public. Seating at the workshop will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Written comments may be submitted to the Department and the FTC prior to the event.
