It also sheds light on the growing problem of illegal activity conducted using peer-to-peer computer networks, which extends beyond the distribution of child pornography to massive theft of intellectual property. The Department of Justice and the Intellectual Property Task Force are concerned about this illegal activity and how peer-to-peer systems facilitate it." 04-332
