The Antitrust Division’s Premerger and Division Statistics Unit is relocating to the Liberty Square Building, 450 Fifth Street, N.W., on Monday, Nov. 27, 2017. The Premerger and Division Statistics Unit accepts and processes Hart-Scott-Rodino Premerger & Report Forms for the Antitrust Division.
