Statement by Director of Communications Matt Chandler on Secretary Napolitano's Upcoming Visit to Bulgaria and Turkey

“Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, Under Secretary for the National Protection and Programs Directorate Rand Beers and Assistant Secretary for International Affairs Alan Bersin will be in Bulgaria on Oct. 9-10 and Turkey on Oct. 11-12 to meet with counterparts and discuss the Department’s collaboration with international partners on enhancing information sharing and combating transnational crime. More details on the trip will be released once they are finalized.”
