Statement by Press Secretary Marsha Catron on Secretary Johnson’s Upcoming Trip to Ohio

For Immediate Release DHS Press Office Contact: 202-282-8010 On Sept. 24, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson will travel to Columbus, Ohio to meet with community leaders and state and local law enforcement to discuss the ongoing collaboration with the Department of Homeland Security to counter violent extremism. Secretary Johnson will also participate in a Community Resiliency Exercise that will promote and enable these efforts, while building partnerships between community organizations and officials. Additional details will be forthcoming.
