(DHS Photo by Barry Bahler/Released) View Original During the meeting, Secretary Johnson and Minister Al-Mashnouq discussed ways to strengthen bilateral security cooperation and common security standards, especially with regards to the detection and prevention of the travel of foreign terrorist fighters. Secretary Johnson highlighted the importance of sharing information with our global friends and allies about violent extremists who return to our countries after traveling abroad to conflict regions. The Minister agreed on the importance of multilateral collaboration, and conveyed his commitment to sustained efforts to combat common threats.
