WASHINGTON - Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke will kick off a nearly week-long trip around the Arctic Circle, beginning with a CODEL to Norway, Greenland and Alaska led by Chairman Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and continuing through several Interior holdings through the holiday weekend and into the following week.
