MONROE, Mich.- Assistant Secretary of the Interior for Fish and Wildlife and Parks Tom Strickland will join Senator Carl Levin, Rep. John Dingell and state and local officials at an event Oct. 22 to mark the establishment of the newest unit of the National Park System, River Raisin National Battlefield Park.
