On Friday, Feb. 19, 2010 Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar will be joined by Governors and representatives of Atlantic Coast states at a news media conference at the Main Interior Building in Washington, D.C. to discuss a regional approach to wind energy development on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). The media availability will follow the Secretary's inaugural meeting with the Governors to coordinate efforts on the potential development of an offshore wind energy industry on the Atlantic OCS.
