“The Biden administration’s focus on wrong-headed policy, like the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) authoritarian vaccination-and-testing diktat, has directly contributed to the COVID-19 testing shortage now plaguing the country. But rather than admit his policies are wrong, President Biden is doubling down on the OSHA vaccine mandate and demanding that the federal government put a band aid over the nation’s testing shortage by purchasing half a billion testing kits. President Trump’s Operation Warp Speed handed Biden multiple safe and effective vaccines, therapeutics, and testing, yet we still saw more deaths in 2021 than in 2020. Americans deserve better.”
