Night Light Snowshoe Hike to be held at Voyageurs National Park

International Falls, MN: Voyageurs National Park will offer a self-guided night snowshoe hike Friday, January 14 along the Oberholtzer Trail, with luminaries to light the way. The event will be open between 6:00 and 7:30 pm. Bring your own snowshoes or borrow a pair from the park. Bring a flashlight or headlamp, and dress appropriately for cold weather. Follow the lit lanterns to the back of the Rainy Lake Visitor Center at the Oberholtzer Trailhead to pick up snowshoes and start the event. The visitor center will close at 4:00 pm and not be open for the event. Recommended for all ages. Free.
