The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the capture of each of three men who escaped Feb. 3 from the Sullivan County Jail in Blountville, Tenn.
Wanted are:
Tobias Wayne Carr, 38, who was indicted by a grand jury in November for the stabbing death of his wife. He is 5 feet 11 inches and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Johnny Shane Brown, 50, who was facing an 11-year sentence for distribution of methamphetamine. He stands 5 feet 11 inches and weighs approximately 210 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
Timothy Allen Sarver, 45, who was being held on auto theft, drugs and unlawful weapons charges. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 235 pounds.

The U.S. Marshals-led Smoky Mountains Fugitive Task Force mission is to find and arrest, in a coordinated manner, persons who have outstanding state and/or federal warrants for their arrest. The intent of this joint effort is to increase public safety through the location and apprehension of state and federal fugitives. Participating agencies include the Knox County Sheriff's Department, Knoxville Police Department, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), 9th District Attorney General’s Office, 14th District Drug Task Force, Blount County Sheriff's Office, Cocke County Sheriff's Office, Hamblen County Sheriff's Office, Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, Union County Sheriff's Office, Washington County Sheriff's Office, Bristol Police Department and the Chattanooga Police Department.
