WASHINGTON, DC - Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton (R-MI) and Natural Resources Committee Chairman Rob Bishop (R-UT), today issued the following statement after the House sent the Senate its bipartisan proposal to the House-Senate energy bill.
