Communications and Technology Subcommittee Announces Additional Details for FCC Oversight Hearing

Washington, D.C. - Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) and Communications and Technology Subcommittee Chairman Mike Doyle (D-PA) announced today that the Communications and Technology Subcommittee will hold a hearing on oversight of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) with all five commissioners on Thursday, December 5, at 10 am in the John D. Dingell Room, 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building. The hearing will be entitled, “Accountability and Oversight of the Federal Communications Commission."

Pallone and Doyle announced last week that the Subcommittee would hold this hearing with the Commissioners to ensure the Commission is fulfilling its mission to protect consumers and act in the public interest.
