BANGOR, Maine - Michael J. Ferguson, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration for New England and United States Attorney Thomas E. Delahanty II announced that Kenneth Robinson, a/k/a “Kill", 46, of New York, New York, was sentenced today to 100 months in prison and three years of supervised release for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute oxycodone and cocaine. He pleaded guilty to the charge in March 2013.
His conviction stems from his involvement in a large drug trafficking conspiracy operated by Maurice McCray in Central Maine. Court records reveal that between May 2009 and May 2012, Robinson supplied oxycodone to McCray for distribution by a network of conspirators. The conspiracy was dismantled following a three month investigation that revealed the details of McCray’s drug distribution operation and its membership.
The investigation was conducted by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
