On Friday, February 11 at 10:00 a.m., the Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions Subcommittee, chaired by Dr. Phil Roe (R-TN), will hold a hearing on “Emerging Trends at the National Labor Relations Board" in room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building. Members will receive testimony that provides a broad overview of the board’s history and authority, as well as discusses recent actions taken by the board that suggest a more activist approach to its interpretation of the law governing relations between employers and union representatives.
