House Education and the Workforce Committee Chairman John Kline (R-MN) issued the following statement regarding today's House vote to override President Obama’s veto of the Restoring Americans’ Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act of 2015 (H.R. 3762) :
The American people deserve better than the flawed health care law that is driving up costs, destroying full-time jobs, and making it harder for families to receive the care they need. As long as ObamaCare continues to harm working families and small businesses, House Republicans will continue the fight to dismantle and replace it. The American people are eager for reforms that will lead to lower costs and a patient-centered health care system. While Democrats in Washington cling to a failed law, we will deliver the bold solutions every American deserves.
