WASHINGTON, D.C. - Senate Energy Committee Chairman Frank H. Murkowski plans to hold an oversight hearing on the recent Energy Department decision to release 30 million barrels of crude oil from the strategic petroleum reserve and the bid process used to award contracts for the oil.
