Why:To examine the impact of insects, disease, weather-related damage and fires on public and private land. Processes for implementing forest health and hazardous fuel reduction projects will be examined. The committee will also receive testimony on the following bills: S. 1314: The Collaborative Forest Health Act HR. 1904: The Healthy Forest Restoration Act
