Memphis, TN - Terrance Lamb fled from Phoenix, Arizona to avoid justice, but could not avoid Mid-South law enforcement.
Terrance Lamb was wanted out of Phoenix for the alleged 2nd degree murders of Ja’Cory Ranger and Ricky Elam Jr. The murders occurred June 26, 2018. In addition to the murders Lamb was wanted for Attempted Murder and three charges of Aggravated Assault.
Earlier today the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force, the Multi Agency Gang Unit and the Shelby County Fugitive Apprehension Unit tracked the fugitive to the 3300 block of Harmony Woods. He was arrested without incident. He was transported to the Shelby County Detention Center where he awaits extradition.
The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force is a multi-agency task force with divisions in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. The Western Tennessee Division of the GCRFTF has offices in Memphis and Jackson, and its membership is primarily composed of Deputy U.S. Marshals, Shelby County Sheriff’s Deputies, Memphis Police Officers, Madison County Sheriff’s Deputies, Jackson Police Officers, BATF, and the Tennessee Department of Corrections Special Agents. The primary mission of the Task Force is to arrest violent offenders and sexual predators.
